You will have a superintendent assigned to your project and you will be given his name and phone number. Your superintendent is your best source of information about your job once it starts.

Chip Grimm is our Construction Manager. Chip has 18 years experience in the pool industry, as a crew leader, superintendent, remodeling sales specialist and now running our entire construction department. He has been with us for 6 years.
Ron Gee is our Service and Warranty Manager. Ron’s job is making sure you are happy after your project is complete. Yes, this is construction, and sometimes things need fixing a few days, weeks or months after completion. Ron has 16 years in the pool industry and has been with us for 6 of those years.
