Rafael Ramirez left his home in the Dominican Republic 8 years ago looking for a better life here. Five years ago he came to CDC with no industry experience, but he did have a spark that was undeniable. So we hired him. Fast forward to today and he’s probably had every job in the company; from the construction yard to scheduling and customer service. And recently, as one of our top pool estimators.
Rafael knows pool remodeling from the ground up and will work hard to earn your business. When he isn’t helping people like you he’s enjoying his three children, playing baseball or out in the beautiful Southwest hunting and fishing.
